Pichi-pichi is a Filipino delicacy made of grated cassava and coconut juice. Soft, chewy , steamed and becomes glutinous and coated with grated coconut. Whether as a snack or dessert, pichi-pichi is always a pleasure to eat!

Ingredients
1 cup cassava starch
1 cup grated cassava
¾ cup sugar
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
Grated coconut meat for coating
Butter for greasing the molds
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together cassava starch, grated cassava, sugar, water and coconut milk.
Grease molds with butter. Pour enough mixture into the prepared molds.
Steam for about 35-40 minutes or until set.
Remove from the molds, coat with grated coconut.
