Binangkal a Cebuano native delicacy, it is a sesame-covered dough shaped like a small ball, deep fried until crisp and brown on the outside.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup powdered milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cups water
2 tbsp. oil
sesame seeds
oil – for deep frying
Procedure
Sift together dry ingredients then add sugar, water and oil to flour mixture. Mix until blended well.
Using aspoon, scoop a small amount of batter then roll in sesame seeds.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. You may use electric mixer in mixing the dough as it may becomes sticky and stiff if you do it with hands, but the trick is just spray a bit of nonstick cooking spray or cooking oil to your hands.
