1/2 kg chorizo de cebu filling (casing removed)
1/2 Tbsps. butter
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 small onion sliced
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 small green red bell pepper, chopped
2 packs NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250 ml (or any thick cream/fresh cream)
1/4 cup water
400g cooked spaghetti pasta
salt, pepper and sugar to taste
1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
1/4 cup pitted and sliced black olives
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (or parmesan cheese)
In a pan, add butter and cook chorizo de cebu for 3 minutes or until oil is extracted. Add garlic and onion.Continue stirring until fragrant and chorizo is cooked. Stir in bell pepper.Pour in NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM and water. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar according to taste.Toss in cooked pasta, black olives and parsley.
Mix to incorporate sauce with the pasta. Topped with cheese and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
